The situation
A 12-year-old coaching institute with a strong local reputation in UPSC and SSC preparation. Two hundred students per batch, almost entirely from referrals. Their old WordPress site got fewer than 40 visitors a month. Lucknow competitors with weaker faculty were ranking higher and pulling Prayagraj-resident students out of city.
